Intranet

SharePoint Mega Menu

Working cross-functionally with department leaders, I helped redesign our SharePoint navigation to ensure critical company information is easier to find and access, resulting in a more efficient and intuitive user experience.

Previous Menu Style

The default SharePoint cascading menu made it hard to view all content within categories at a glance and lacked the ability to link main menu items, limiting navigation flexibility and creating a less intuitive experience.

Updated Menu Style

We switched to a mega menu design, which displays multiple categories and subcategories in a single view, making it easier for users to find information quickly and reducing the need for excessive clicks or nesting. I also implemented anchor submenus for navigating content heavy pages. 

UX/UI Enhancements

uConnect CRM

I partnered with UBEO’s Senior Designer and CRM Admin to gather user feedback and provide detailed UX/UI recommendations to our CRM admin. Using Milanote, we shared a visual roadmap with the CRM and development team, leading to a more user-friendly CRM platform.

Database Driven Product Page Mockup

I created design mockups that guided the development of a new, database-driven product catalog featuring filterable categories. This product catalog makes it easier for customers to explore our offerings and drives lead generation by attracting product-specific shoppers.
